What Personal Information Is Collected and How Is It Used?

We collect information about our users in 2 ways: directly from the user and from our Web server logs. We use the information primarily to provide you with a personalized Internet experience that delivers the information, resources, and services that are most relevant and helpful to you. We do not share any of the information you provide with others, unless we say so in this Privacy Policy, or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

User-Supplied Information

If you fill out the consultation request form on this website, we will ask you to provide some personal information (such as address, full name, and phone number). We only require that you provide an address on the consultation request form. Further, if chat is available through this site, you may be asked to provide information if you participate in an online chat.

Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary or sensitive personally identifiable information (e.g. Social Security Number; date of birth; drivers license number; or credit card, bank account or other financial information) (collectively, “Sensitive Information”). If you submit any Sensitive Information, you do so at your own risk and we will not be liable to you or responsible for consequences of your submission.

We may also use information you provide to us to communicate with you in the future. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may opt out (unsubscribe).

The information we collect in web server logs helps us administer the site, analyze its usage, protect the website and its content from inappropriate use and improve the user's experience.

Sean’s Framing is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

State and Country Specific Information

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as Senate Bill 27, if you are a California resident and Sean’s Framing has an established business relationship with you, you have the right to request information from Sean’s Framing, free of charge, regarding the manner in which Sean’s Framing shares certain categories of your personal information with third parties (whether collected online or offline), for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. California law provides that you have the right to submit a request to Sean’s Framing at its designated address and receive the following information:

1. The categories of information Sean’s Framing disclosed to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year;

2. The names and addresses of third parties that received such information; and

3. If the nature of a third party's business cannot be reasonably determined from the third party's name, examples of the products or services marketed, subject to certain exceptions.
